Deck overview

Mirko, Obsessive Theorist leads a Dimir surveil graveyard-value deck. The primary plan grows Mirko and Dimir Spybug with surveil triggers, then uses Mirko's end-step ability to return a creature with power less than Mirko from the graveyard with a finality counter for repeated value. Secondary paths win through incremental drain from Syr Konrad, the Grim and Gray Merchant of Asphodel, or combat with large flyers like Doom Whisperer and Sepulchral Primordial. Mirko is repeatable recursion, not a combo engine. No hidden commander exists; Ultimecia and Y'shtola Rhul add value but do not replace Mirko. The Master of Lake-town with Syr Konrad is strong synergy, not a deterministic infinite combo, because it only loops when milled cards happen to be creatures.
