Deck overview

This Commander deck is a five-color Dragon tribal deck helmed by The Ur-Dragon. The strategy leverages the commander's passive Eminence ability to discount costly Dragon spells from turn one, smoothing out an otherwise heavy mana curve. In the opening turns, the deck prioritizes colored fixing and two-mana ramp to establish a stable five-color base. By turn five, it deploys key engine multipliers such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Dragon Tempest, or Lathliss, Dragon Queen. Once established, the deck transitions into critical onset on turn six by casting devastating Dragons like Terror of the Peaks, Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, or Tiamat, chaining ETB burn and massive aerial attacks. Opponents face immense flying pressure and incidental damage, resulting in a table-wide elimination around turn eight. The deck's primary vulnerabilities stem from high mana costs and vulnerability to well-timed board wipes.
