Deck overview

This deck is a four-color aggressive midrange build led by Saskia the Unyielding. It focuses on curving into resilient beaters, heavy Dragons, and equipment from the Sword cycle. Saskia accelerates the damage clock by duplicating combat damage dealt to one player onto a chosen second target, allowing you to pressure multiple opponents simultaneously. Utility creatures like Marisi, Breaker of the Coil and Thalia, Heretic Cathar disrupt opposing blockers and prevent crackbacks by goading enemy boards. High-end threats like Balefire Dragon and Ancient Copper Dragon provide sweeping board control and explosive resource bursts upon connecting. However, the deck faces severe mana friction due to running only 26 lands alongside numerous high-mana spells across four colors. Without fast mana or tutors, the deck relies on steady combat connections and must protect its creatures from sweepers across multiple turn rotations to successfully eliminate the table by Turn 9.
