Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Golgari Aristocrats and combo deck commanded by Ygra, Eater of All. Ygra turns all other creatures on the battlefield into Food artifacts, which warps fundamental game mechanics in your favor. Symmetrical artifact sweepers like Creeping Corrosion and Fade from History become devastating one-sided wipes that leave Ygra intact and grant it dozens of +1/+1 counters. The deck's primary victory route uses infinite sacrifice loops involving Ygra, Camellia, the Seedmiser or Experimental Confectioner, and Ashnod's Altar, which generate infinite mana, tokens, and death triggers to drain the entire table through cards like Marionette Apprentice and Zulaport Cutthroat. Supported by heavy 1-2 CMC ramp, robust card-draw engines like Trail of Crumbs and Viridian Revel, and soft-lock pieces like Karn, the Great Creator, the deck presents lethal multi-angle pressure by Turn 5.
