Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is spearheaded by Locke, Treasure Hunter, focusing on an aggressive impulse-theft, graveyard filling, and reanimation strategy. Locke hits the board early to trigger Mug on attack, milling cards from all players, generating Treasure tokens on land hits, and casting opposing spells. The deck supplements this with a suite of exile-stealing engines such as Laughing Jasper Flint, Robber of the Rich, Court of Locthwain, and Etali, Primal Storm. As graveyards fill naturally and through symmetrical wheels like Reforge the Soul and Wheel of Misfortune, the deck pivots to explosive finishes using Living Death, Sepulchral Primordial, and Syr Konrad, the Grim. With flexible removal and recursion packages, the deck maintains steady board presence, generates consistent card advantage from opponents' libraries, and closes games through combat and indirect drain.
