Iron Man Artifacts by CaDaNaToR

Format: Commander

Commander: Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is an Izzet artifact-combat deck built around The Invincible Iron Man, not the front-face Tony Stark as the real payoff. The front face is a cheap artifact filter that buys time until the flip; the back face does the heavy lifting with haste and one free artifact put into play each combat, auto-attaching Equipment. The primary plan is a Reaver Cleaver plus Aggravated Assault extra-combat loop that self-funds from Treasure. Secondary paths are Blightsteel Colossus plus Chandra's Ignition, large equipment beatdown, and Urza, Lord High Artificer as the closest thing to a hidden auxiliary engine. Portal to Phyrexia and defensive equipment give the deck control and staying power before the kill.
