Izzet de Marti by luz79_926

Format: Commander

Commander: Bria, Riptide Rogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bria, Riptide Rogue is the only commander; the double-faced Sanar in the 99 is a tutor, not a hidden general. The deck is an Izzet spellslinger build that turns cheap instants and sorceries into board presence, drain, and card advantage. The main plan is to land Bria early, chain cantrips and interaction, grow a wide squad of Otter, Elemental, and Drake tokens with prowess, and attack with unblockable creatures while Thunderdrum Soloist, Guttersnipe, and Coruscation Mage burn every opponent. A secondary deterministic path is the Niv-Mizzet, Parun plus Niv-Mizzet, Visionary loop, which wins immediately once both dragons and a one-mana instant are available. Ral, Crackling Wit and Stormchaser's Talent add reach and recursion.
