Wizard Party by Beevi

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Jeskai spellslinger deck is helmed by Gandalf, Party Guest, a legendary Wizard that freecasts instants and sorceries at the beginning of combat-scaling with the number of legendary Wizards you control. The primary game plan is to assemble a critical mass of legendary Wizards (e.g., Kykar, Wind's Fury, Azami, Lady of Scrolls, Talrand, Sky Summoner) while using Gandalf's trigger to cheat out high-impact spells like Finale of Revelation or Aminatou's Augury for massive card advantage. The deck wins through extra turns via Time Stretch, copying spells with Thousand-Year Storm, generating overwhelming token swarms from Talrand and Kykar, or closing with Insurrection. A dense countermagic suite and free interaction protect the engine against disruption.
