Blood Crown by sjrnepomuceno

Format: Commander

Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a single-faced commander, and the deck is built to use his Eminence ability rather than either side of a DFC in the 99. Every cheap Vampire spell generates a 1/1 token before Edgar even enters, and his haste + attack trigger makes those tokens grow every combat. The primary plan is a wide, counter-stacking aggro swing; a secondary aristocrat package using Blood Artist, Vraan, and Marionette Apprentice punishes sacrifices and board wipes. Olivia, Crimson Bride is a recur-and-attack finisher, not a hidden commander. Recursion from The Soul Stone and Sevinne's Reclamation lets the deck recover, while Smothering Tithe and Sol Ring provide mana acceleration.
