Demons, angels and dragons by user8744767

Format: Commander

Commander: Kaalia of the Vast

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kaalia of the Vast is the primary engine: get her into play by turn 4, grant haste, attack and cheat Angels, Demons, and Dragons into play tapped and attacking. The main win is accelerated combat-Aurelia's extra combat, Gisela's double damage, and a one-shot Master of Cruelties-chewing through one 40-life opponent per turn. A reanimator backup (Animate Dead, Reanimate, Unburial Rites, Reya) and a hard lock of Avacyn plus Armageddon provide alternate paths. Isshin, Two Heavens as One is the hidden commander: he doubles Kaalia's attack trigger, putting two creatures into play every swing. Without Kaalia, the deck is much slower but can still hard-cast and recur its expensive threats.
