Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai aggressive midrange list built around Hero creature typal synergies, +1/+1 counters, and combat-driven card advantage led by Captain America, Team Leader. The primary game plan establishes early mana acceleration to deploy the commander on turn 3, followed by a steady curve of Hero creatures that enter with immediate haste, vigilance, and +1/+1 counters. These buffs feed into powerful modification payoffs, enabling mass evasion from Abzan Falconer, double strike from War Machine, Avenging Arsenal, and explosive card flow from engines like Kindred Discovery and Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler. The deck protects its board state using reactive flash Heroes such as Spectacular Spider-Man and Captain America, Unbowed while utilizing asymmetric board resets like Raise the Palisade to clear opposing blockers. Games are closed between turns 6 and 8 through overwhelming, evasive combat damage.
