This is a Mardu Soldiers tribal token-aggro deck helmed by Caesar, Legion's Emperor, built to flood the board with hasty Soldier tokens and convert them into overwhelming combat damage. Caesar's attack trigger - sacrifice a creature to make two tapped-and-attacking 1/1s, draw a card, or burn an opponent for your token count - turns every combat into a value engine that grows the board while digging toward anthems. The 99 is a dense web of Soldier lords and token generators: Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, Myrel, Shield of Argive, Assemble the Legion, and Company Commander all snowball, while Blade Historian, Commander Mustard, Banner of Kinship, and Chronicle of Victory turn the swarm lethal.
