Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai time travel and Voltron strategy led by Rose Tyler and The Tenth Doctor. The game plan revolves around leveraging suspend mechanics and time counter manipulation to rapidly grow Rose Tyler into a massive, lethal threat while generating free spells from exile. Early turns focus on mana development, deploying low-cost suspend engines like Sol Talisman and As Foretold, and establishing Rose Tyler. Once The Tenth Doctor lands, attacking immediately begins cascading nonland cards into exile with suspend while triggering Rose Tyler's Bad Wolf ability to accumulate large stacks of time counters. Evasive equipment like Psychic Paper and Whispersilk Cloak ensure Rose connects for unblockable commander damage, knocking opponents out across consecutive turns. Utility pieces like Haystack and The Pandorica provide crucial phasing protection against board wipes and targeted removal.
