Deck overview

This is a Selesnya Elfball combat deck helmed by Tolsimir, Midnight's Light. The primary plan is classic go-wide Elf tribal: flood the board with efficient dorks and token makers, layer lords and anthems, then close with mass pump like Overwhelming Stampede or Unnatural Growth. Tolsimir, Midnight's Light contributes a free 5/5 trampling Voja Fenstalker on ETB and forces blocks whenever he and a Wolf attack together, turning combat into a removal engine. Secondary axes include Equipment value (Cloud, Midgar Mercenary, Helm of the Host, Sword of the Animist), token multiplication via Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, and top-of-library casting from Eladamri, Korvecdal and Realmwalker. The deck wins through overwhelming combat damage rather than combos, leveraging low-curve Elves, dense ramp, and a solid protection suite to rebuild and re-swing.
