New Untitled Deck by sluttybeen

Format: Commander

Commander: Aragorn and Arwen, Wed

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya (GW) tokens-and-+1/+1 counters aggro deck helmed by Aragorn and Arwen, Wed. The commander's ETB and attack trigger put a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control and gain life equal to the number of other creatures you control, incentivizing a wide board. The deck's primary game plan is to flood the battlefield with creature tokens, multiply them with effects like Doubling Season and Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation // Temple of Civilization, then spread counters through Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn, Kami of Whispered Hopes, and Ozolith, the Shattered Spire. Life gain from Soul Warden effects fuels Aerith, Last Ancient recursion and Blossoming Bogbeast overruns. The primary win condition is combat damage from an overwhelming army; Halo Fountain provides an alternative condition. The deck is built around the commander's trigger, making it moderately dependent on Aragorn and Arwen, Wed for explosive value.
