Deck overview

This is an Azorius exile-cast control/lifegain deck helmed by Urianger Augurelt. Urianger's activated ability exiles the top card of the library and lets you play it with a {2} discount, while his static ability gains life whenever you play lands or cast spells from exile. The deck leans into this with Vega, the Watcher, Surge of Brilliance, See the Truth, and Fortune Teller's Talent, all of which reward casting from exile. The primary win conditions are lifegain thresholds - Felidar Sovereign (40 life at upkeep, already true at the start of a Commander game) and Test of Endurance (50 life) - plus Aetherflux Reservoir's 50-life burn, a double-cast Approach of the Second Sun, and Serra Ascendant beatdown.
