This cEDH deck is built around Tayam, Luminous Enigma, leveraging an Abzan hatebear shell that establishes aggressive stax locks while breaking parity through Tayam's activated reanimation ability. The deck slows opponents to a crawl starting on Turn 2 with Rule of Law effects, artifact denial, and draw restrictors. Because Tayam operates entirely through instant-speed activated abilities that remove counters from permanents to mill and recur permanents with mana value 3 or less, it advances its game plan without casting spells. The primary win condition revolves around an infinite combo between Basking Broodscale and Rosie Cotton of South Lane, which generates infinite Eldrazi Spawn tokens, infinite colorless mana, and an arbitrarily large creature. From there, Tayam mills the entire library and repeatedly recurs Orcish Bowmasters to deal lethal damage to all opponents in a single turn.
