Deck overview

This is a mono-blue Merfolk tribal deck helmed by Namor the Sub-Mariner, built around a token-generation engine that rewards casting blue noncreature spells. The primary plan is to flood the board with Merfolk tokens via Namor the Sub-Mariner's trigger, Deeproot Waters, Deeproot Pilgrimage, Emperor Mihail II, and Daughter of the Deep, then pump the swarm with a dense suite of lords and anthem effects - Lord of Atlantis, Master of the Pearl Trident, Merfolk Sovereign, Merrow Reejerey, Coat of Arms, Banner of Kinship, and Door of Destinies - to win through combat. Namor himself scales into a flying finisher whose power equals your Merfolk count, and Wanderwine Prophets offers a repeatable extra-turn engine. The deck backs its board with a deep countermagic and removal suite, making it a grindy, interactive tribal build that wins through overwhelming combat inevitability rather than fast combos.
