Hobbit Dwarves by user8772983

Commander: Dáin of the Ancient Halls

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf-tribal burn/voltron deck built around Dain of the Ancient Halls. The commander's haste means he attacks the turn he lands, and every attack converts each Dwarf you control into direct damage pointed at each opponent. The plan is to curve out cheap Dwarves and Equipment, deploy Dain on turns 4-5, then multiply his attack trigger with token bursts (Reckless Crew, An Unexpected Party // At the Door, Dwarven Mine), damage doublers (Mjolnir, Hammer of Thor, Bifur, Melodic Rider), and extra combat (Genji Glove) until accumulated burn plus double-strike commander damage from Embercleave eliminates the table. A Treasure subtheme (Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, Gloin, Dwarf Emissary, The Reaver Cleaver) feeds goad effects, Reckless Crew, and The Lonely Mountain. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through combat inevitability, go-wide anthems, and commander-centric burn.
