Deck overview

This deck is a big-mana Izzet spellslinger strategy that turns expensive instants and sorceries into overwhelming aerial combat power. Led by Rootha, Mastering the Moment, the plan focuses on ramping early, stocking mana or cost reductions, and casting high-mana-value spells to create massive flying, hasty Elemental tokens. Secondary token engines like Manaform Hellkite, Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer, and Rionya, Fire Dancer amplify the board presence. The deck closes games through explosive combat phases powered by extra-combat spells like Relentless Assault and Full Throttle, or by granting massive power boosts and spell copying with Surge to Victory.
