Deck overview

This deck is a 4-color Midrange Aggro-Control strategy built around Human Torch, turning a single combat swing into a table-wide burn execution. Supported by green ramp and clean four-color mana fixing, the deck establishes an early defensive foundation using proactive tax and silence effects like Authority of the Consuls, Loxodon Gatekeeper, and Jennifer Walters // The Sensational She-Hulk. By Turn 4, Human Torch hits the battlefield, immediately weaponized on Turn 5 through low-cost noncreature spells that trigger flying, double strike, and haste. When Torch attacks and pays {R}{G}{W}{U}, all combat damage dealt to the defending player is mirrored to every other opponent. Resolving premier power doublers such as Unnatural Growth or Titanic Ultimatum on Turn 6 scales this damage to 24+ per player, eliminating the entire pod within a single response cycle by Turn 7. Backed by a lean suite of counterspells, spot removal, and autonomous top-end threats like Ancient Bronze Dragon, the deck combines explosive multi-opponent aggression with resilient interactive control.
