fear the life by CerealDevourer

Format: Commander

Commander: Heliod, Sun-Crowned

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Heliod, Sun-Crowned is the engine of this mono-white lifegain deck: every point of life gained becomes a +1/+1 counter, and the commander can hand out lifelink to start the chain. The primary plan is to outlast opponents through Soul Warden-style enablers, then close with Test of Endurance or Felidar Sovereign once life passes 50. Secondary paths use Aetherflux Reservoir, a massive Storm Herd, or a Heliod-powered commander beatdown after Archangel of Thune spreads counters. There is no hidden commander and no infinite combo; the deck wins through cumulative life triggers and upkeep-triggered win conditions.
