Deck overview

This Mardu deck is a dedicated legendary-matters aggro-midrange strategy led by Dihada, Binder of Wills. The primary game plan revolves around deploying Dihada on Turn 3 or 4 to dig for key legendary permanents and generate a burst of Treasure tokens. These resources quickly power out high-impact legendary threats, token duplicators such as Cadric, Soul Kindler, and asymmetric anthems like Flowering of the White Tree and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. The deck applies aggressive combat pressure starting on Turn 5, leveraging evasion and combat protection from cards like Iroas, God of Victory and Shanid, Sleepers' Scourge. When faced with removal, the deck relies on extensive graveyard recursion, highlighted by Primevals' Glorious Rebirth and Chainer, Nightmare Adept, to rebuild rapidly. While vulnerable to mass exile effects and lacking stack counterplay, the deck overwhelms standard pods with immense board presence, steady card flow, and asymmetric sweepers like Urza's Ruinous Blast.
