Deck overview

This deck is a Golgari lifegain-aristocrats engine commanded by Dina, Soul Steeper. It aims to generate steady creature tokens—primarily 1/1 Pests—and repeatedly sacrifice them or trigger enter/die abilities to drain the table simultaneously. Instead of relying on instant two-card infinite combos, the list leverages compounding synergy between life gain triggers, death triggers, and token generators like Sedgemoor Witch, Blight Mound, and Beledros Witherbloom. Card draw engines such as Moldervine Reclamation and Bolas's Citadel ensure that sacrificing resources accelerates velocity rather than stalling out. While the deck boasts strong targeted removal and resilient attrition pieces like Witch of the Moors and Valentin, Dean of the Vein, it remains vulnerable to sweepers that exile or clean out nonland permanents entirely. Overall, it steadily chokes out opponents' life totals through cumulative incremental damage.
