Deck overview

Aerid Konstrari leads a Gruul midrange strategy that merges aggressive creature combat with artifact token generation. The deck uses low-cost ramp spells and artifact lands to deploy Aerid ahead of curve. Once on the battlefield, Aerid generates Heartwood tokens that accelerate mana and grow its combat power. The midgame develops using token multipliers, pingers like Ingenious Artillerist and Reckless Fireweaver, and large construct finishers. Decisive victories occur through overrun combat steps powered by Craterclaw Colossus or Depthshaker Titan, augmented by burn from Chandra's Ignition. While the deck lacks dedicated tutors and stax elements, its redundant ramp pieces and high-power threats ensure consistent pressure across turns 6 through 8. An incidental infinite combo between Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame gives the deck an alternate instant-win condition when both pieces are drawn.
