Deck overview

This mono-black aristocrats and control deck leverages Avacyn, Angel of Horror to turn standard death triggers into continuous board dominance. The deck sets up early sacrifice outlets like Carrion Feeder and Warren Soultrader alongside card-draw engines like Grim Haruspex and Skullclamp. Once mana accelerators like Crypt Ghast and Cabal Coffers power out Avacyn, any nontoken creature you sacrifice returns at the next end step. By sacrificing edict creatures like Accursed Marauder or massive drain sources like Kokusho, the Evening Star, you trigger these abilities during every single player's turn. This creates an oppressive loop that clears opposing creature boards, empties enemy hands, and drains total life pools rapidly. Backed by reanimation and resilient mana generation, the deck maintains heavy attrition pressure even through opposing removal.
