Deck overview

Thorin, Mountain-king is a mono-red Equipment voltron deck built around leaving Equipment on the battlefield and using Thorin's enters trigger to bundle it onto himself for powerful removal and huge combat swings. The primary plan is to suit up Thorin with cheap Equipment, find a damage multiplier such as Hard-Won Jitte or Bulk Up, and finish players with 21+ commander damage. Secondary paths include creating extra Thorin copies with Helm of the Host, converting his power into direct damage with Fling, and grinding value from Adaptive Omnitool, Palantir of Orthanc, and Triple Triad. The commander is both the main attacker and a reusable removal spell; there is no hidden commander.
