Calling All Angels

Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic mono-white Angel tribal strategy led by Giada, Font of Hope. Giada serves as both an early mana accelerator and a continuous buff engine, placing scaling +1/+1 counters on every subsequent Angel that enters the battlefield. The game plan focuses on curving out resilient flying creatures, leveraging tribal lifegain engines like Righteous Valkyrie and Bishop of Wings to push life totals above 47, and turning on massive team-wide anthems. By Turn 5, the deck presents a formidable aerial army with lifelink and vigilance that clocks opponents rapidly while making retaliation difficult. High-end threats such as Lyra Dawnbringer, Sephara, Sky's Blade, and Emeria Shepherd provide closing power, protection, and late-game recursion. While vulnerable to exile-based sweepers and lacking stack countermagic, the deck compensates with substantial redundancy, consistent curve acceleration from the command zone, and strong evasive pressure.
