Deck overview

This five-color deck is led by Morophon, the Boundless, aiming to assemble overwhelming combat boards by cheating mana costs on massive tribal creatures. The deck utilizes 17 ramp pieces and color fixers across the early turns to set up five to seven mana by Turn 5. Combining Morophon's colored mana discount with alternative cost effects like Fist of Suns, Jodah, Archmage Eternal, or Leyline of Mutation reduces creature costs of the chosen type to zero. By integrating type-unifiers such as Maskwood Nexus and Conspiracy, the deck converts high-impact legendary threats—including Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund, Reaper King, and End-Raze Forerunners—into free spells. Critical onset reliably begins on Turn 6 with massive flying, trample, and haste combat waves, eliminating the table by Turn 8 across two response cycles.
