Deck overview

This is a Rakdos "cast from exile" value deck built around Prosper, Tome-Bound. Prosper turns every card played from exile into a Treasure while his end-step trigger keeps a fresh card waiting in the exile zone. The 99 leans into that deal with a dense package of impulse draw, theft effects, and free-cast payoffs: Theater of Horrors, Chaos Channeler, Light Up the Stage, Gonti, Lord of Luxury, Etali, Primal Storm, Dream Pillager, and Fevered Suspicion all feed the exile plan. Treasures fuel both early ramp and mid-game haymakers, while Marionette Master, Pontiff of Blight, and Warlock Class provide a drain backup to the combat clock. Goad effects in Disrupt Decorum, Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant, and Shiny Impetus keep opposing boards pointed elsewhere. The deck is a midrange value engine: it has no infinite combo, instead winning by chaining spells from exile, stealing opponents' threats, and grinding out life totals through attacks and artifact-sacrifice drains.
