Deck overview

This deck leverages Baylen, the Haymaker as a central resource engine in Naya colors, converting wide token boards directly into mana acceleration, card velocity, and commander size. Early turns focus on establishing cheap token generators such as Raise the Alarm and Forbidden Friendship. Once Baylen enters on Turn 3, she turns these tokens into immediate card draw and mana, bypassing summoning sickness. The deck scales rapidly into the midgame, using high-impact token bursts like March of the Multitudes and Grand Crescendo to feed both draw engines and mana generation. It closes games around Turn 5 or 6 through overwhelming combat damage powered by Jetmir, Nexus of Revels or passive burn from Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors. Robust defensive options like Clever Concealment and Boros Charm keep the army protected from sweepers.
