Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color aggressive Assassin typal strategy led by Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The game plan centers on landing Ezio on Turn 2 and leveraging his menace evasion to hit opponents on Turn 3. Connecting with an Assassin unlocks the freerunning mechanic, allowing expensive, impactful Assassins like Bayek of Siwa, Ezio, Blade of Vengeance, and Arno Dorian to enter for just two black mana. As the board expands, combat triggers draw cards through Coastal Piracy and recur resources with Layla Hassan. The deck closes games by lowering life totals with double strike and anthem buffs, then triggering Ezio's five-color execution ability to eliminate players with 10 or less life on combat damage. Supported by equipment packages and historic synergies, the deck provides consistent pressure and combat tempo.
