Deck overview

This is a mono-blue control deck helmed by Eluge, the Shoreless Sea that leverages Island density and flood counters to discount instants and sorceries while growing Eluge into a massive threat. The plan is classic draw-go: cantrip and ramp early, resolve Eluge to start flooding lands, then deploy spell-payoff engines like Talrand, Sky Summoner, Deekah, Fractal Theorist, and Archmage Emeritus. A dense counterspell and bounce suite keeps the table in check while tokens, clones, and theft effects close the game. Primary wins come from flying Drake/Fractal swarms backed by a huge Eluge, supplemented by Scourge of Fleets, Clone Legion, Mass Manipulation, and the occasional Beacon of Tomorrows extra turn. There are no infinite combos; inevitability is pure card advantage and stack dictatorship.
