Deck overview

This Orzhov list is a Phyrexian tribal midrange deck helmed by Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos. Every Phyrexian or artifact creature you cast incubates a token equal to its mana value; flipping those Incubators and proliferating when Phyrexians die turns a fair creature deck into a wide, growing army. The Splicer trio floods the board with 3/3 Golems, Progenitor Exarch and Blight Titan dump extra Incubators, and anthems from Grafted Butcher, Master Splicer, and Mite Overseer push the team through. There are no infinite combos-wins come from combat, supported by Massacre Wurm drains, Bond of Discipline alpha strikes, and Blade of Selves myriad. Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos is an efficient four-mana value engine rather than a combo piece: the 99 already contains token makers, reanimation, and removal, so the deck still functions if he is answered, though the incubate clock slows considerably.
