Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo-control strategy built around Orvar, the All-Form. The game plan focuses on deploying Orvar alongside cost reducers and utilizing cheap, targeted instants and sorceries like Whim of Volrath, Twiddle, and Clockspinning to create copies of lands, mana artifacts, and high-impact creatures. The deck rapidly develops its mana base and card advantage engine through duplicate triggers and cantrips. By Turn 5, it searches for key payoffs like Peregrine Drake or Gilded Lotus to generate infinite mana and untap triggers. Once infinite mana is established, the deck draws its library, bounces every opposing permanent with Venser, Shaper Savant, steals remaining resources with Agent of Treachery, and loops extra turns using Walk the Aeons.
