Deck overview

This deck is a Mono-Green Stompy strategy led by the partner pairing of Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood and Kodama of the East Tree. The game plan focuses on rapid mana acceleration and overwhelming board presence. Early turns establish mana dorks and ramp spells, curving cleanly into Gilanra on Turn 3. Gilanra provides mana and repeatable card draw whenever you cast six-mana spells. By Turn 5, Kodama enters the battlefield, turning every subsequent permanent into a free deployment from hand. The deck leverages power-based draw engines like Garruk's Uprising and The Great Henge to maintain hand velocity while flooding the battlefield with colossal threats. The endgame pivots on lethal combat overruns via Overwhelming Stampede, End-Raze Forerunners, or Unnatural Growth, closing games around Turn 7. While the deck boasts immense creature pressure and strong recovery, its reliance on combat damage and light interaction suite make it vulnerable to fast combo decks and heavy sweepers.
