Deck overview

This Gruul turbo deck leverages Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers as a rapid-fire polymorph engine from the command zone. Built around a dense suite of format-ceiling fast mana rocks, high-yield red rituals like Geosurge and Irencrag Feat, and efficient stack interaction, the deck consistently produces seven mana on Turn 3. Upon casting the commander, its native haste allows an immediate attack, triggering a free cheat-into-play effect that digs through a strictly curated five-creature library. Hitting Old Gnawbone floods the board with Treasure tokens, powering infinite extra combat phases with Aggravated Assault, while hits like Port Razer, Raphael, Tag Team Tough, or Blightsteel Colossus deliver immediate multi-combat or infect knockouts. Backed by free protection spells such as Deflecting Swat, Not of This World, and Veil of Summer, the deck closes games within a single turn cycle, executing a lethal combat storm strategy with competitive speed and resilience.
