Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Aristocrats and Reanimator strategy piloted by Lagomos, Hand of Hatred. The core plan utilizes Lagomos and complementary token engines like Urabrask's Forge and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker to generate disposable creatures every combat. These tokens fuel powerful sacrifice outlets such as Skullclamp and Ashnod's Altar, generating mana velocity and steady card advantage. In the midgame, the deck pivots into massive threats and reanimation targets, utilizing spells like Victimize, Animate Dead, and Coiling Rebirth to bring back game-ending bombs including Archon of Cruelty, Grave Titan, and Sheoldred, Whispering One. Opponents face continuous asymmetric attrition through forced sacrifices from Butcher of Malakir and Sheoldred, Whispering One, while noncombat life loss from Mayhem Devil, Venerated Stormsinger, and The Meathook Massacre rapidly burns the table. The game is closed out through a combination of heavy combat damage and explosive drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel.
