Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Simic +1/+1 counters and token deck built around Primo, the Unbounded and the Earthbend mechanic. The primary game plan revolves around animating lands and casting base-power 0 creatures that enter with +1/+1 counters. When these creatures connect with opponents in combat, Primo triggers to create exponentially scaling Fractal tokens with counters equal to the damage dealt. Counter doublers like Branching Evolution and The Earth Crystal rapidly turn modest combat swings into overwhelming armies. The deck features high card draw volume through engines such as Terrasymbiosis, Garruk's Uprising, and The Legend of Kyoshi, refilling the hand while advancing board state. Evasion enablers like Herald of Secret Streams and wide trample effects bypass opposing defenses, while one-sided board wipes like Wave Goodbye clear the way for decisive alpha strikes. Supported by instant-speed protection like Ripples of Potential and Heroic Intervention, the deck reliably assembles by Turn 4, applies lethal pressure by Turn 5, and eliminates the table by Turn 7.
