Deck overview

This deck is a focused Lathliss, Dragon Queen Dragon tribal strategy. It uses rocks and Dragon cost reducers to deploy expensive threats, then converts each Dragon entry into more bodies and damage through Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Warstorm Surge. Anger, Dragon Tempest, and several haste creatures help the board attack quickly. The deck has strong late-game battlefield output, especially when Utvara Hellkite, Terror of Mount Velus, or Scourge of the Throne joins an established board. Its main limits are slow assembly, weak tutoring, little protection, and no deterministic table kill. Removal is broad enough for normal Commander play, but mostly competes with development and cannot stop spells on the stack. The deck is strongest when it lands a cost reducer early, protects a growing Dragon board, and uses card engines such as Dragon's Hoard or Outpost Siege to avoid running out of threats.
