Walltism by kujoprime

Format: Commander

Commander: Arcades, the Strategist

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Arcades, the Strategist leads a defender-tribal combat deck that turns 0/4 to 0/17 walls into card draw and toughness-based attackers. Arcades is both the primary draw engine and the main enabler that lets defenders attack and deal damage with toughness. High Alert, Assault Formation and Bedrock Tortoise provide redundant enablers, while Overgrown Battlement and Axebane Guardian turn the wall count into explosive mana. The deck wins by building a wide board of walls, refilling with Wall of Blossoms effects and Last March of the Ents, then closing with Craterhoof Behemoth or Triumph of the Hordes infect. Asymmetric wipes like Slaughter the Strong and Dusk keep the wall board intact while clearing larger threats.
