Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact token swarm strategy commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist. The primary objective is to cast a dense curve of cheap utility artifacts, mana rocks, and affinity spells to flood the board with evasive 1/1 Thopter tokens while drawing cards through Sai's sacrifice ability and engines like Shimmer Dragon and Thopter Spy Network. Once a critical mass of tokens is assembled, the deck pivots into an overwhelming offensive force using mass pump effects such as Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Forsaken Monument, and Master of Etherium, or tall evasive beaters like Kappa Cannoneer and Broodstar. The list features solid resilience through artifact recursion and hexproof protection from Padeem, Consul of Innovation, supplemented by countermagic and high-impact sweepers like All Is Dust that break parity in favor of colorless permanents.
