Nivana by FludDiceGoblin

Format: Commander

Commander: Niv-Mizzet, Parun

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Niv-Mizzet, Parun is the primary engine and finisher: the deck makes a spell-slinger control shell, sets up cost reducers and wizards, then turns every draw and every instant/sorcery cast into one point of direct damage. Secondary paths use Talrand, Homunculus Horde, and Third Path Iconoclast to make flying/board pressure, plus impulse-value cards like Etali, Primal Storm and Chandra, Flameshaper for free spells. There is no hidden double-faced commander; Thing in the Ice // Awoken Horror is only a board-wipe utility card in the 99. The deck does not have a deterministic infinite-win combo: Hullbreaker Horror and Sol Ring are strong interaction but not a valid loop or outlet in this list.
