Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck commands the sky with Lathliss, Dragon Queen, turning each high-cost Dragon into a double threat by generating 5/5 flying tokens. The early game focuses on deploying critical ramp and cost reducers like Dragonlord's Servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman to accelerate past the steep mana curve. Once Lathliss enters on turn 5, every subsequent Dragon doubles board power while triggering potent burn effects from Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas. Heavy hitters such as Utvara Hellkite and Terror of Mount Velus rapidly overwhelm opponents with massive aerial damage. The deck features dependable creature removal through sweepers like Blasphemous Act, but it carries inherent vulnerabilities to countermagic, enchantment-based locks, and sweeper disruption due to limited stack protection. It operates as a focused, resilient battlecruiser stompy deck capable of closing games quickly once its Dragon wing takes flight.
