Commander: Kalamax, the Stormsire

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Temur deck uses Kalamax, the Stormsire as a copy engine. You tap Kalamax, then cast your first instant each turn to copy it and grow Kalamax with +1/+1 counters. The main plan is to create infinite copies with Reverberate plus Narset's Reversal and Twinning Staff, or to grow Kalamax infinitely with Kalamax plus Reverberate. You then win with Comet Storm, Soul's Fire, Ram Through, or Berserk, or by attacking with a huge Kalamax. A second path is Elemental value with Risen Reef, Twinflame Travelers, Veyran, Voice of Duality, and Ojer Pakpatiq rebound. Veyran and Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief act as hidden commanders that double copy triggers.
