Deck overview

Maralen, Fae Ascendant leads a Sultai Elf/Faerie value deck that exiles the top two cards of an opponent's library whenever an Elf or Faerie enters, then lets you cast one of those exiled spells for free each turn. The deck is built to trigger Maralen as often as possible with cheap Elves and Faeries while drawing cards through Beast Whisperer, Guardian Project, and Momir Vig. There is no hidden commander or deterministic combo; Momir Vig, Prime Speaker Vannifar, and Lathril are support legends. The primary path is a wide Elf board that both raises Maralen's free-cast ceiling and powers Lathril's life-drain activation. A secondary path uses Lonis and Thranduil to generate value and reuse key graveyard abilities.
