Format: Commander

Commander: Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow commands a fast tempo-burn deck that weaponizes cheap unblockable creatures and topdeck manipulation to drain the entire table simultaneously. The primary game plan deploys low-cost evasive threats on turn one, swaps them for Yuriko on turn two via Commander ninjutsu, and stacks high mana value spells like Shadow of Mortality and Temporal Trespass on top of the library with cards like Vampiric Tutor and Scroll Rack. Secondary win conditions include Doomsday piles, table-wide damage multiplying through Nanogene Conversion, and the lethal pairing of Orcish Bowmasters with Peer into the Abyss. The deck closes games swiftly while defending its board with free counterspells.
