Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa V3 by user8165258

Format: Commander

Commander: Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Abzan poison/proliferate midrange built around Ixhel. The deck uses Ichor Rats, Infectious Inquiry, and Skrelv's Hive to put early counters on every opponent, then turns on Ixhel's corrupted card advantage and uses toxic beaters like Bloated Contaminator and Vishgraz to spread poison. Proliferate effects from Contagion Clasp, Grateful Apparition, and Planewide Celebration accelerate the clock, while big haste threats such as Tyrranax Rex and Skithiryx finish individual players. Ixhel is primarily a flying toxic attacker and reusable card-advantage engine rather than a combo piece, and the deck is designed to function through her with a dense package of independent poison threats.
