Deck overview

This Golgari deck is led by Meren of Clan Nel Toth and focuses on an aristocrats reanimator strategy. It uses cheap mana dorks, land-sacrificing creatures like Sakura-Tribe Elder, and Golgari mana rocks to cast Meren ahead of curve on Turn 3 or 4. Once Meren is on the battlefield, the deck establishes an attrition engine by sacrificing utility creatures to accumulate experience counters and reanimating key pieces at each end step.
