Deck overview

Thranduil introduces a BGU draw-and-graveyard subtheme, but this list is a green token/earthbend deck at heart. The primary plan is to ramp into a wide board of Elves, Saprolings, Insects, and animated lands, then finish with Overrun and trample. The hidden commander is Toph, Earthbending Master, whose landfall and attack triggers turn lands into large attackers; Toph the Blind Bandit and The Boulder support the same game. Thranduil supplies conditional card flow and lets the deck re-use activated abilities from Elves in the graveyard, especially Rishkar and Woodland Weavemaster. A secondary path uses Thranduil's legendary-Elf trigger with Rishkar to draw and pitch Elves, then grinds value through token generators and landfall.
